No returns will be accepted without a receipt or invoice. VintEdge must be notified within 30 days from date of the in-store purchase or 30 days from date of pick-up. ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. If you suspect the bottle is bad, simply put the cork back in the bottle and leave the wine in as well; we cannot take back any empty bottles. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure proper replacement.
