100% chardonnay from 10 to 30 year old vines, planted on granitic soil in the southern part of the Loire Valley, on the first foothills of the Massif Central. The grapes are harvested by hand. Direct pressing, light settling and fermentation in concrete tanks, with indigenous yeasts.
Aromas of pear and white peach mingle with acacia notes. A fresh and mineral white, with both fruit and tension. 12% alcohol.
