60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. Aged for 3 years. Bouquet of apple, peach and pear. Balanced palate interlaced with vinous aromas and fruit, supported by a good structure. Pleasing, round, fruity and nicely honeyed, this blend is an excellent aperitif. It can also be served with spicy foods, chocolate, fruits and all kinds of deserts. Dosage: 35gr/l. 5,000 bottles produced.
