Lots of roasted white sesame, flinty oak and lemon curd that follows through to a crisp palate. There is a big contrast to the nose with a sleek center-palate sharpened by extremely bright acidity. Slightly phenolic with a good length. Needs a year to settle down. From organically grown grapes.
